In order to discover Amsterdam and attend the ‘Future Pharma’ congress held in the RAI Convention Center, we organized a 4-day stay for a pharmaceutical client from Egypt that sent 20 of their doctors & relations. Our goal was to manage all local activities and to make sure everything goes well for all the people invited.

We organized private transfers from the airport, the hotel, restaurants, local experiences, congress and all the different meeting sessions they needed.

At the end of their journey, we arranged a private ‘dinner cruise’ for all the doctors, relations & new prospects they met during the 'FP' conference to celebrate the end of a successful trip.
